I was recently burned at a day spa badly on my neck which made my skin peel off about 3 inches long and 2 inches wide. I left that day without getting my facial and was in pain for a couple of weeks. I called the spa to speak to a manager because no one reached out to me regarding the incident. The Manager at the spa offered me their cheapest facial or massage for free which really made me upset.
