Jared was a Freshman in college when the attacks on September 11, 2001, happened. Despite having just started his college education, he felt duty-bound to serve his country in a time of need. Soon after, he left school and joined the Marine Corps. After a tour in Iraq, and 6 years of service, he earned the rank of Sergeant, and headed back to college to finish his education.
After earning his undergraduate degree, Jared still felt a strong call to serve those who needed help. With his military obligations and college education complete, he moved to San Diego to attend law school at Thomas Jefferson School of Law. There he studied law with some of the brightest minds, under some of the greatest mentors, and fell deeply in love with this city and state he now calls home.
Upon completing law school, he worked in corporate construction defect litigation. While he learned a lot, he wanted to do more than just defend the corporation – he wanted to help the “little guy”. From there he started working for a small personal injury practice. After several years, and hundreds of clients, he decided to open own his practice to continue his pursuit of serving others.
Jared is dedicated to getting the best results for his clients. He tailors his service to each of his clients depending on what their individual needs are, and what their cases need. He does not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach like many big law firms do. He also believes in being accessible and responsive to his clients, unlike many big law firms out there. You hired Jared. You deal with Jared.
When he is not helping others, you can find him spending time with his wife Sara and two adorable daughters, Charlotte and Indiana. Jared loves to travel and experience other cultures, especially their cuisines. Jared manages, and plays for, a men’s soccer team here in San Diego. He also loves to ski, backpack, camp, and surf, and when he has the time do some home improvements around his house.
